Also, a quick question for you guys. I consider buying this pilot operated, 5 way 2 position valve (Pic included). If i understand how this valve function, the pilot on the side of the valve, when released, will move the bolt inside the valve and redirect the pressure applied to the ports? Like, for...

Parker 3 way solenoid valve Giveaway
Hey guys! Long time not been on this forum. I'v been on other projects for the past few months, but i recently started a new pneumatic launcher project. I ordered from the internet a 3 way solenoid valve - 1/4" ports - from Parker (Part # : 71315SN2MNJ1N0C111P3) thinking it would suit my needs, but ...

Positive acting piston valve? Something like those paintball "spool valve" marker where the piston exhaust volume is in front of it, so it goes forward when air is exhausted? (and thus pulling the bolt forward at the same time?) I'm just realy confused as how semi-auto is achieved if it is a piston ...

Quick help needed on a pop-off piloted piston setup (to-scal
Hello Guys! Been a long time since I posted, but i'v been lurking around... After a terrible fail on trying my luck at a blowback hammer valve setup (never posted my failure because it was not interesting : I simply needed tools I do not have), I though i'd try something easy just to actually finnis...

Dont worry, ALL moving parts will be serviceable. I know i'll have a lot of tweaking to do, so i prepared myself for this. I got a bunch of different springs ^_^. Also, the holes in the back of the hammer shaft (in wich air that push the hammer back goes tru) will be hand drilled, so i will be able ...

Blowback Hammer valve : Build log
Hello Guys! Im opening this thread as a build log for a blowback hammer valve launcher. The design is pretty straight forward but as much as i know i have never seen it done without a lathe or machinery. I will be building this without any special tools (but with a lot of Epoxy!). Here's the final d...

HPA tanks have the same valve as a c02 paintball bottle. Pin valve and ASA threads. Pin valve open when tank is screwed in. By the way, the 88 grams c02 canister need an adapter to be converted to ASA regular paintball threads. Then you would need an ASA adapter to 1/8" npt (like the one sold on pal...

That is true. Then, you were mentionning that the construction would be hard without a lathe. I was just curious to know wich part would be easier to build with a lathe considering i will not need to make any o-ring grooves. Basicly, im trying to figure out every part of the building process in wich...

Thanks for the comment, can you point out wich part will be hard to make without a lathe? Of course if i would want an airtight construction on the upper bolt i would need a lathe to make o-ring grooves into it. But im using telescopic brass tube wich fit perfecly into each other, they are certainly...
