every now and again one of my pnuematics had this problem, if its the same thing (leaking out of the top, at the base of the pin), all i would do was poke something flat and small down the side of the pin and gently tighten the small metal bar that holds the pin. Or as ajdevi92 said, you can buy a s...

Thanks for your thoughts everyone, they are much appreciated. Last night i went through with my plan and built the barrel (or should i say barrels?) and i am very happy with the end result! Once i inserted the 15mm pipes and was happy with their position I filled the gaps with an expanding sealant t...

HOPEFULLY haha Cheers Carlman, i'll make sure to test that before i go through with it, the ammo types ...

triple barrel thoughts?

hello friends! today when i was cleaning up a heap of my pvc cutoffs from a project im working on i made an interesting discovery... I found that with a little pushing and shoving, three 15mm pvc pipes can fit inside one 40mm PN9 pipe. I rekon if i have 3x 1meter long pieces of the 15mm pipe inside ...

thanks a bunch for all your replies guys, i ended up just using the 1/4in ball valve for the trigger. I added in a 1/4in elbow as well to make the design more comfortable/easier to use and i rekon it looks a bit better (see the pics below). I tried modding a blowgun i had lying around but it still d...

2inch sprinkler valve pilot problem

hi everyone, for my latest project i am making a large bore pneumatic using a 2 inch sprinkler valve i was given recently. The chamber i am using to start off with is also 2 inch ( about a 1.5 feet long, consisting of 2x 45 degree elbows, 1x 90 degree fitting, and an end cap). After modding the spri...

Thanks for the replies everyone! I really appreciate your comments and ideas. @ Maniac- The scope is a Nikko Stirling 4x40 Gold Crown, which i picked up for $20 (!) at a local gun store because was missing its end caps and had a wobbly piece in it (which i fixed). hey Novacastrian, i just noticed th...

thanks Thursto! i havent had a chance to use it at its full potential yet (work, neighbors), i usually keep it at about 50-60psi which i rekon is more than enough! The performance is great, when i first made it it had a ball valve instead and the paintball barrel was all i used for all ammo types. O...

@ feral_patriot yeah the speed on the marble version is pretty impressive, i only shoot them at about 60psi, but i rekon they would be the fastest ammo type i use @ jr thanks mate I'll definitely do that. today i made one by using solder, but i lost it on the first shot  haha but i guess that m...
