i know im kinda late but keep in mind that gasoline engines must have the fuel/air mixture compressed to achieve combustion.

When i made mine i didn't have to mod the propane valve at all. The neck just unscrews from the valve. 1/8 fpt i believe. I'll post pictures some time

you should try adding a propane system. its alot easier than any sprays.
