The actual piston doesn't have much to it... there are a few variations such as choosing between PVC rod, or turning down a fitting on a lathe to use that. I prefer the latter as it allows for a lighter piston. You then simply plug the ends with spigot plugs. Another plus with the fittings is you ca...

Looks schweet, very nice job! Way to come over to the dark side and start building guns with more power  I would have to agree with rmich, this does seem more of a diaphragm valve to me considering the placement of the barrel in the tee as well as the 'piston' you are using. Nevertheless, e...

@ Spudthug - I accidentally had the trigger facing the wrong way when I was taking pics :P, however I think I like it just white and gray. @ VH_man - I actually have a setup where I have a 1.5" MPT to 1" FPT adapter and thread the 1.5" into the gun, thread a nipple into the 1" FPT and attach that to...

This cannon by Foxx uses a 3/4" valve to actuate the 2" valve... very nice, I'd suggest considering a setup like this: http://www.geocities.com/cain333_2000/c ... vlvmod.htm

I sell a valve identical to C19o that I advertised for sale over 4 months ago but cleaner and with a lighter piston for better travel for $40. It is a barrel sealing 2" tee with 2" threads and slightly over 1.5" porting. The piston is hollow, therefore light (quicker actuation), while still strong e...

@ Flying_Salt, here is another way to implement your idea, however it would make the barrels very far apart and might not look as good as a result. Just picture the barrels and tee horizontal instead of vertical... I haven't quite figured out how to do 3D models... http://www.putfile.com/pic.php?img...
