Also, I was wondering If it was a problem with the regulator for it to be leaking like that. Should i get a new one or is there a way to fix it?

Yea I figured the pin valve would stop the flow. I was just worried about the pressure that's already in the construction of the meter pipe between the tank and the first ball valve.

Disconnecting leaky regulator

Hey guys I was wondering if any of you has had a problem with the regulator that hooks up to the propane leaking. I'm pretty sure its not the connection because I've taped it up with yellow gas line tape pretty good. I think I may have gotten a bad regulator. I would like to disassemble the propane ...

Thanks! I'm happy you like the results. It did cost a bit especially when I take into account all the parts I bought that i ended up not even using.

Yea the elbows are dwv. I know they'll frowned upon because they aren't pressure rated but I had already waited so long on some parts to come in the mail so i kinda didn't want to wait any longer.

Firstly is it going to be pneumatic or combustion? If pneumatic then what kind of valve will you be using? Details my friend... Details. im going to make my first propane cannon and i just wanted to know wer and how to attach the meter to the cannon

and also if u guys have any other tips about propane cannons for begginers that would help they would be very much appreciated :D
