I am looking to create a large ignition system.
Looking at capacitors i see that many i find are low in voltage but many have varying farad ratings. I looked up farad and cant seem to quite grasp what it means.

So as far as i know a large amount of volts are needed to jump a gap in air not farads.

well what i like to do is
-buy whatever size pvc male adapter you need
- buy pvc cap same size as the adapter
- cut small section of pipe to connect cap to male adapter

or he could have not enough we dont know because we dont know the size of his meter.

Is your chamber sealed otherwise propane may be leaking out to fast.

Also what size is your meter that is important to know.
- size of pipe
- length

I wouldn't trust cam-locks on a hybrid past 4x ever, but for any combustion cannons you should be fine.

Take apart the valve and check the diaphram and seat for any debris even if it is the smallest piece of metal or wood.

Also if all the equilization hole is too big then all the air will go out of the pilot hole.

I thought you had the 4" male adapter and inside of that was a 4-2 reducer and a plug to cover that hole then you simply unscrewed the male adapter to vent. All of the camera circuits have make just have any switch firing them with all 660volts running through it.
