Could you make it out of something solid? it may be cocking side to side so it does not seal, here is mine (3" red part) but it seals every time

If you look at the green part in the pic (Link Below) The Golf Ball is 42.4MM and my sleeve adaptor is 42.9MM. The hole i use is 44.6MM seams ok. I just push it in with my finger. Used balls work well because they are distorted a little making the a tight fit. If you have any question or would like ...

Hi SCH40 3" is rated at 260psi Max 70-120 should be safe, Home Depot sells it, make sure you don't get SCH20 Drain its very thin (Lets be Save) I lucked out and was able to use SCH80 Tee's from left overs on a job at work and decided to do all of it in sch80. cost more but 3" is rated at 370 2" is 4...
