Yeah, That looks like it would work. Another thing I have thought about woud be a double barrelled launcher, with a seperate chamber for each barrel.

Also, any tips on how to make a hammer valve release more air per shot? a stronger hammer spring, of course, bu what other tweaks?

High power good rate of fire valves.

I have been thinking over the last few days about how I could create a high power pump-action pnuematic gun. Mostly I have been thinking about the valve, As there arent too many that would do the trick. I thought about having a hammer valve with high pressures, and a strong hammer. But I have also h...

Actually, a modified one of theese could be used in coaxial piston guns. This thing FTW.

The sag is caused because all of the weight of the large barrel is held up by the thinner connector pieces (the elbows and thin pipe there). you could fix this by sticking a chunk of wood between the chamber and the end of the barrel. also, I wouldn't worry too much about the flat end caps, the work...

Ok, I have been looking around, and have decided to use a large venting valve that opens with the action of being pumped, and a fan to help with fast venting. This is a similar to the system on the TITS I believe. thanks to everyone for thier help.

I'm certain I read about them on spudfiles, someone was using them to fuel their mini because he could just flood the chamber with it.

Oxygen sources

Hello, I have recently been making designs for a pump action combustion, and plan for it to have both oxygen and propane injected into the chamber whenever the handle is pumped, negating the need to vent after shots. However, I need a cheap, pressurised source of oxygen that I can mount on my cannon...

Well, for this launcher, as I'm only going to go up to 300 psi or so, I think a regular schreader will be better (as I can easily fill it up with my shocky or inflator)

Hmmm... well, if JSR says so, he must be right. I will use a regular screader valve. perhaps my problems we with the seal between the hole i made and the rubber sleeving, as I am completely useless with epoxy and often i must apply it with an old nail, for lack of alternatives... anyway, than...
