All PVC pipe uses a 5:1 saftey factor. That means the pipe has a 1400 PSI burst pressure.

Ummm... All PVC threaded fittings are molded. I have yet to fund one otherwise. Some fittings have less noticible mold marks.

If you are worried about leaks use teflon tape. Make sure you are putting it on properly.

You atre going to fill that with a schrader valve? You need WAY more flow then that, especially without an o-ring.

The sockets in the fittings are all the same depth, That is so fittings from other manufacturers can be used as well. The most common fittings around here are Lasco though.

The way I see it is that with a caliper there are large tolerance differences between the pipe.

Okay, you made a nice hybrid, nobody is dening that, they are just questioning weather the bushing is DWV. We get that it is pressure rated.

I have hears people make referances to the best pipe. I choose my pipe based on internal smoothness, outer diameter tolerance, and color. I perfer JM manufaucturingpipe.


I would like to know what pipe you like best and why.
