Why not just get something like this ? It should happily take 500 psi without failure and will likely be more compact and efficient, as well as much cheaper. i still havent decided which valve to use ....the qev definitely will do the job + its free shipping outside the US so i might consider that ...

Too right mate but the problem is sprinkler valves dont hold that high pressures while im too lazy to make a piston! But ill probably order a 500 psi sprinkler valve which i am getting off a local dealer!!! Cant wait for my new valve..... 500 PSI + Sprinkler Valve = Carnage xD http://i1091.photobuck...

Ok, I have Uploaded Some Damage Pics For U Guys to see the damage a Sch 80 Rifle Can Do......all Shots were at 200 psi! scheduled 80 isn't a pressure rating but the wall thickness, just to make sure did the PVC say nsf-pw then the pressure rating in psi, or pn and the rating in bar? anyway i still don't recommend using any PVC part at pressures above 120, they might be able to handle it but if it did explode the pvc...
