Re: Strike Triggered Ballistic Device
Saw your post on reddit. Again, this is awesome. The actuation looks very smooth. This post answered the question I had over there - I was wondering whether the bolt was driven directly or by a piston. What's the threading on that fill valve? This could open up a lot of opportunities for me.

I am sure there is a cheaper solution, but: http://www.ebay.com/itm/0-250-PSI-Press ... 0402277797
Or make your own version of that, there are numerous ways.
Your run-of-the-mill barometric pressure sensor won't do it.

Again, 10 years ago I would have agreed with you. A lot of my vitriol comes from the disappointment comparing the romantic notions I was raised with to reality. Not just in terms of the opposite sex but humanity in general. People are c**ts, and you would be a fool to trust them. Of course you have...

YUMA PROVING GROUND, Ariz., Oct. 24, 2012. 15 minutes north of my home. I bet yet you're glad the GPS guidance seems to work so well :D I would expect it to, seeing as how RTN is heavily involved with the GPS III program. I have had the pleasure of assisting these guys in the past and they make som...

Here's a list of innovative ideas. ETG's are a bit over-the-top for a thing like this.

my alternative is to buy something purpose built like this http://www.metadyneindustries.com/products-page/havoc-launcher/ Don't waste your money. You can achieve the same thing for much less by building one yourself. If you want the HPA paintball tank feature, just buy a secondary regulator and us...

This will allow the 88g cartridge to connect to paintball threaded (ASA) equipment. From there you can plug it into a regulator, such as the Palmer Female Stabilizer which I highly recommend.
