1/4" brake line is for .177 bbs, 5/16" is the only brakeline I found to fit airsoft bbs. <unimportant>The funny thing is, the 20" I used of it on m bbmg was far less accurate than 2 pens taped together.</unimportant> Anyways, 1/4" ID pipe should work as a barrel, seeing a 6mm is just a hair below th...

Is it over and under ("U" shaped) or inline? If over/under, be sure the flow control is open all the way. For both types, try shooting it manually twisting the solenoid), you get much more power than electronic. Try taking it to a higher PSI. And you said it shot slow with the solenoid open, what ex...

The sprinkler valve will stay open as long as the blowgun trigger is held down(and air is flowing to the valve, otherwise it doesn't matter), once the trigger is realeased, then the valve closses. If your semi-auto plan involes simply a quick disconnect on the chamber then shooting by pulling the tr...

You can get the barrels at auto stores. For me, 20" of 5/16" (airsoft) brakeline cost $2.88 and the same for 20" of 1/4" (Metal)

However, if you don't like to glue parts for BBMGs like me, be sure to pound the parts together with a soft mallet + the floor. I have had the clean out adapter pop off and hit me when I took one to only 80 psi, then I decided to pound the peices together. Although I han't taken it up to 120 like I ...

I succesfully rifled some 1" PVC doing this, thanks for the idea. It was just practice so it has way to many spirals. One problem though, how do you get the shaving off of the grooves, sice they are more pushed plastic than shvings like like on a cut.

I'm betting very little expansion happens, or else everybody's pistons would leak. Enless they had super thick O-rings, but then they wouldn't be able to get the piston in the gun in the first place.

Alrighty, I went and bought 20" of 1/4" and 5/16" brakeline. The 1/4" is for metall bBB's used in a cloud similair to the airsoft like with one but without a union and bamboo sleeved in 1/2" pvc to hole the barrel. The 5/16" had a slightly better fit (I think) on airsoft BBs than the pens do. A coup...

To reduce size of your pictures, go the paint and then go to Image: stretch and skew. Do horizontal and vertical in = percentages and there you go. I like that idea, I thought about tryo to rifle by somehow mount sharp tips slightly larger than the ID of the pipe on a dowel and then hook the dowl to...

I thought car brake lines were for metal BB's, not airsoft BB's. I tried some tubing form an aquariam vac that fit the BB's well, but it would jam on the first shot, I think it is the 3/8" id tubing that was mentioned on spudtech as a good barrel. So just pens for now.

I use white rain hair spra and it works great, just sand the electrodes when the spark gets weak. At $2 something a can, it's not bad at all.

Water bottle airsoft cloud.

This is my airsoft cloud. Construction: I took a Deerpark water bottle, drilled a hole in the back so that part of the blowgun nozzle could fit in. Then wrapped a couple of layers (not sure how many) of electrical tape around the threads of the bottle. Now but a 3/4" union over the threads, friction...

I came up here to post my airsoft cloud, and BAM, I see this one. I will still post mine though. It looks nice. Since I don't have an airsoft barrel lying around, I used pens. An extremely pleasing amount of power from the barrel being that it doesn't fit as well as the real thing.

You can probably find the hose at home depot or lowes, I think I remember seeing it next to the PVC isle at home depot. Anywho, just go the the how to section and look at the tutorial, and you don't have to use hose if you don't want to. Just get the blowgun and a 1/4"(genreal blowgun size) piece wi...
