I can't see anything wrong with that.. The only thing is the propane would enter your chamber slower.

Valve Pressure Rating

Does anyone know what pressure ratings are for Orbit valves? Also, if you know ratings of the other manufacturers it would be greatly appreciated. I tried to find out the info from more orbit box, but all i found out is that if the water is over 80psi, you need a pressure reg. I have fired my gun w/...

Livestock Prod for Ignition

I was just wondering.... Would it be ok to use an electric livestock prod for an ignition? I have played with them a lot and I know they give a good charge(they hurt a little)

Ummm, this clear plastic you have probably isn't plexiglass. Most likely you are using a lexan tube. NO ONE SHOULD TRY TO USE PLEXIGLASS... ITS TOO BRITTLE. Lexan is bulletproof, this would be acceptable.

thanks

Thanks Spuds, well... its my first cannon w/ automatic valve. I wanna see what an automatic valve is like versus a modded automatic valve. I make a fair amount of money and don't spend much, and summer is here(i am a student with a lot of time on my hands) Next gun will be modded.

Automatic Inline Valve

Okie dokie, i bought an automatic inline valve, in an attempt to make a pneumatic cannon. I want to control the valve only by means of electricity.. I don't like the idea of modifying it. Plus, I love electronics and such. When i got the valve home i tried it. Well, i hooked batteries up to the two ...

?

You know, you could use a valve from an old/unwanted paintball gun. Thats what i am doing for my bb gun i'm making. The valve is a little small, but you an leave it wide open if you want a fully auto. Also the air ways coming out of the valve are smaller so its easy to adapt a small tube for bbs.

Let me get this straight, you just fire air through a chamber, and the bbs find their own way out? they just follow the air... it sounds so simple. I guess sloping the chamber towards the barrel helps the bbs and air leave easier..

Thanks a bunch

Cloud BBMG

Hi, I'm a little confused about this cloud idea. I don't really understand how it works. I understand the vortex idea, but it seems to wear down over time. WHich is better, cloud or vortex?

Thanks
