i pm-ed him and i learned that it was simply held in by friction, if i remember right though there might hve been some bolts in the cleanout cap part

i'm gonna need some short screws i accidentally put the coaxial on before installing the igniter :oops: ...anyhow, thank you! now i can finish after days of my half done cannon sitting around in my garage! i'm so exited :lol:

how do you mount igniters?

i've been wondering this for a long time, how do most people go about mounting their piezo igniters? i usually just epoxy the two wires that come with the igniter directly into the cannon but that is hard with coaxials when the igniter hast to be about in the middle of the length of the chamber.

i used Static Guard for my old, full sized cannon when i had a lantern sparker and Oust wouldn't work then. then i put a piezo in the cannon and Static Guard won't work and Oust was mors powerful then the old sparker and static guard. maybe i just did something wrong both times, idk, ill try static ...

o! i forgot the barrel is 3/4 on the outsid not the inside like usual so the barrel fits nerf darts wrapt in duct tape perfect, that arrow has a nerf dart jammed on it flys b-e-a-utifully!

there it is. my usual fuel (Oust air sanitizer) didn't work in it for some reason but when i put a residual amount of gasoline in the bottom of the chamber and used that bug spray it shot the specially modified arrow the whole length of my 50 foot garage and hit the wall with some good force

i made it. it is a combustion, a tiny little inline! it is cute,like i said! but it wont work yet i think it might be fuels or something there is not reason it shouldn't work. ill have to mess around with it. ill get pics when i get around to finishing my homework.

ok it took me a while but i figured something out, i found what size of both the barrel and chamber i wanted to be, then what i wanted the length of the chamber to be, then found the volume of that with pi times the radius(size) times the length then took away one third of that and i have what lengt...

but i mean a small scaled down inline like in the spudfiles watermark thing at the top of the page but with maybe a 3/4 barrel and 1.5 chamber? i have never seen one and think it would be sooooo cuuuuteee! lol
