Well, after some frustration with sprinkler valves, I finally just decided to put a regular ball valve on this one, and when I get one that works, il mount it on later. This is 3" chamber 2' long. and a 2.5" barrel that is about 3' long. I'm gonna paint it up soon, and I am going to pick up some 1" ...

I just hooked up both my one inch valve, and my 3/4 inch valve to the garden hose, when i bought my 3/4" valve, and modded it, it worked for about a day or two, the one inch has never worked, but now the 3/4" isnt woorking either. The water just flowed right passed the diaphram for both of them. my ...

I did that, all the air just rushes past through it. should i build it up to like 30-40 psi or what?

So right when you put air into the chamber, there is no leak from the valve?

I did, didnt help, kept on leaking, did you put a ball valve infront or in back of your sprinkler valve, if so what psi did you fill it to?
