i want to make a sabot that breaks away in the air to realease a dart. paint designs would be appreciated.

if you want to save your smll .40 caliber darts, what i do is only pump it to like 35 psi 25-30 yds in a basement go 5-10 psi and go to mytargets.com and print some targets!

why not use sharpened 1/2 inch wodden or even 1/2 steel rod. it would seal your barrel and dont forget to grease it for less friction.
