looks nice all i think it needs is a paint job. you really should have taped it through a double layer of pvc for a little extra safety but than again gort ever tapped a double layer on his blue flame 3, long story short nice work.

Around 200-300 psi with a normal bike pump (looked like a giant pump to me) btw i broke the drill it by droping it (it happened when i was like 8 by btw).

from what i'm reading i would probably agree with Crowley that the steel would be able to hold 300 psi, do what he said and use build a piston valve and just out of curiosity are you using an air compressor or a pump.

looks good i would say use the hot glue or epoxy putty for the piston (theres a how to by jsr someware). How the in the holy virgin mary mother of jesus christ do you use a lighter head for a pilot valve, why not just a ball valve cause the lighter head may look sort of ghetto. and btw are you using...

looks sort of ghetto but hey thats the way alot of people start. i'm going to have to agree with elitesniper, super glue is crap don't use it it probely leaks at 10 psi use epoxy or jb weld instead because it hardens into plasic when it dries and can handle 200 psi+ mabey more.
