will this work?? piston valve

Will this idea work? its not really a *proper* barrel sealing valve, but it should work.

n00b question

I don't have any experience with pistons, and i was wondering if a tiny 12 cm 6mm barrel would have any usefulness (hitting targets at 40 meters) even at 70 psi or so. The chamber is a 3/4 in pipe, with a blowgun pilot.

So will it work ??

Ragnarok wrote:I think MrC maybe right. The cement was probably past it's prime, and your joints may well not be safe.
But i just got the cement that day!!--because the old one i had was extremely old and viscous.

And also, i did the primer properly so it should probably be fine. ?

Insufficient PVC cement job

Hello guys, I am building a 1 inch stock that will be pressurized to 120+psi. Will a single coat of cement be sufficient to hold up that pressure? Because i didnt want globs spilling down. And also, it wasn't a totally even job either, because some parts of the glue were *slightly* thicker than othe...

CO2 Tire Inflater

Hello

I am planning a simple pill bottle cloud for .117 bbs, and i was wondering if any of you have any experience working with a co2 tire inflater as a power source, or if you can tell me if it would be not sufficient to fire the bbs powerfully.

2 questions

Sorry for these noob questions, but i need them answered quickly. 1) would a 1/2 inch barrel choke flow from a 1 inch sprinkler valve? 2) would a small chamber like 20 inches of 1 inch pvc be able to lob something a fair distance like a 100 meters out of a 1/2 inch barrel a meter and a half long?
