4 Tank Howitzer-Style Cannon

This is a cannon that my neighbor and I designed and built.
the pipes are size 1 1/2 inch in diameter, aside from the detachable part of the barrel. The barrel is 1 1/4 inch in diameter.
I got the wheels from a dolly and a couple of scooters.

i've got an idea to use 4 air tanks of 4 feet long, and have a 10 foot barrel
tanks about 3 inche in diameter ,
barrel about 1/2 inch in diameter
the tanks would be positioned in a square pattern, and the barrel coming through the middle.

but i have a couple of questions
1 where is the barrel at?
2 why is there 2 ball valves on the ends?

overall it looks pretty cool
there aren't enough metal cannons
