In the second pic, the little metal rod is a guide rod that will probably have to be plugged. My neighbor bought the same valve and when i examined the solenoid pilot setup, i believe that you have to plug that guide rod for it to work.
My 2 cents

I doubt you can build an entire gun with your allowance unless it's like monthly, prices are cheap, or you get a ton of allowance but here goes. 1) threaded fittings are universal (at least here), so find some way to use those 2) i like .5" barrels because of the lesser weight and the smaller bore l...

I think something should be gathered from this information. The vast majority of these cannons are spray n' pray combustions. Most of these are built with unacceptable materials that are very unsturdy and dangerous. The obvious identifier in all of these situations is ignorance. Any logical person s...

I like it. It incorporates the selective fire switch found on many airsoft guns. Hopefully, that isn't made to size because you'd be wasting quite a bit of air with the whole pilot. Also, for semi-auto, you'd have to hold blowgun 1 to fill and then release and then open blowgun 2 to pilot or else al...

With a chamber setup like that, you should convert it to a hybrid (make sure it can handle wicked pressure). It's really sick and nice spark gap setup. Is that a 1.5" barrel? Nice build

I think that is to clearly differentiate between spudguns and firearms. Linking these two items on the same website would associate them and possibly help to make them illegal. I support this but I would like to see a section dedicated to professional AIR guns including airsoft, pellet, bb, etc.

You're not being very clear. Please try to be more specific or specify or something. We'd love to help.

My vote goes out to using a piston valve because it seems to fit your wish of "cheap". Nobody makes plans for guns. My most recent copper pneumatic was built for under $200 excluding plywood, but don't expect to build a copper gun for much under $100, even with a ball valve.

I like the ignition "system". I think thats the way that the original spudgun was fired. The packing tape makes it look shiny. :D :D :D

A few friends of mine used one of those 3-person sling shot water balloon launchers; launching a water balloon THROUGH a neighbors window, the balloon hit the wall and still didn't break. Some water balloons are NOT a good way to get revenge.

Cmon, with a setup easily capable of 150+ (limited by the sprinkler valve), I wanna see some nice damage pics. Very nice. are the barrels half and one inch?
