jst a thought might break in the air which would look pretty cool i would only use pennys since it would only be 50c

50c a shot??? just hot glue 5 pennys together and use 3/4" pvc

50 cents is a little steep to pay per shot..... id do what salad said and do that it would be cooler and probably more accurate(cuz target shootin is sweet)

why not wrap them up in paper and shoot, that mite work, then tey should still break apart cos of the relative wind

what about concret? just fill the cardboard tube with concrete it would be a whole lot cheaper than 50 cents a shot.

yeah um boogieman on advanced spuds.com did a thing like that where he filled a lightbulb with concrete to use in a 2.5 inch barrel

The problem with concrete is that it's relitivly low density (about 2g/ml compared to copper's 9g/ml). Steel is much better, at about 8g/ml, and is available cheap in barstock; about 3$ a foot for .5"
