i used a small dowel and put it through a cap to one of those fatter cayola markers. then i fitted a short piece of aluminum pipe over the tip, flattened it out and made it pointed. the pics should answer most other questions, feel free to ask more though.
(btw, there are not intended for hunting, forum rules)

Oh that's very well done. I was wondering if you would have the barb on the end, that's a nice addition. How sturdy are they?

the barbed point isn't very sturdy, but you could design a different point with more strength

Those look cool! How accurate are they? You might get more range, accuracy, and power if you put flights on the end and sabot it. Got any damage pics? :P

no the weather outside is terrible, but at 20psi the go though a towel and then the caps stop them

sharpe and fire-harden the end of the dowel probably stronger and then go fishing...
