Hi guys. I'm building a website for an assignment and I need to know what free web builders are available and good. I tried freewebs.com but at the sign up thingy I can find the button...

try your local internet provider, i know comcast (my isp) has free web hosting.

If you're looking to make a forum, try InvisionFree. They're pretty easy to work with and there's a lot of support for them.
