I'm not saying anything, it's just that according to some eminent psychologists, those who are a bit lacking in that department usually feel the need to compensate for it with other material possesions, be they guns, cars etc... and well, 50 feet is a LOT of compensation
No really, j/k

Nothing wrong with a little humorous diversion here and there, besides it would be very inappropriate to have a specific P:L ratio topic

Thats what i thought, well i don't need to compensate for anything so that doesn't apply here lol.I'm not saying anything, it's just that according to some eminent psychologists, those who are a bit lacking in that department usually feel the need to compensate for it with other material possesions, be they guns, cars etc... and well, 50 feet is a LOT of compensation
Doesn't seem like it, but my bad got a little off topic there.is this even about age anymore?

@ Goathunter
Not like I am worried about it. Hasn't changed my life at all.
Our English teacher has been telling us some really disturbing things Freud said. I am not gonna go into it. A psycologist with really weird opinions.

Age: 17, Southern Louisiana, (north of Lake Ponchartrain though, LOL).
Aside: Freud was a cocaine addict for a time, when it wasn't all too illegal. Watch the History Channel about it.
Note: what Jack is talking about applies to trucks where I live. All the rednecks go out and spend over 20,000 dollars on a loan they'll be paying off until they die, to buy a big-ass crew-cab F-250... gasoline. It's really funny, because when they try to beat me whilst in the left turn lane, revving their engines like assholes, when I'm going to work, I always win the chase because my old Ranger is a lot easier to get moving that a half-ton of truck, even with a 4-cylinder.
The biggest truck one would ever logically need for any task where I live would simply be an F-150 or a Tacoma V-6. The rest is simply overkill... expensive overkill.

I have to disagree with you there. That may be the most truck an average person needs, but there are people who have to haul a lot more. Granted, an F-650 is a tad overkill for just about anything, but some people need trucks that big.markfh11q wrote:Age: 17, Southern Louisiana, (north of Lake Ponchartrain though, LOL).

Yes, but not where they live. The people who buy these things live in the suburbs around Covington. I know a few people from Lee Road, (the middle of nowhere), who do need bigger trucks to haul cattle to shows.
EDIT: darnit, you broke my 666 post count.

15, from west Tennessee. Am I the only person on this forum from west TN?
Ecclesiastes 1:9 - What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun.
i reckon you should have to apply for a special license to be able to get anything bigger then a small 4wd, so you'd have to justify why you need it; that way wankers from the city wouldn't be allowed to buy them and I'm not being sexist here, but alot of city 4wd drivers are women who seem to be very inexperienced and a danger to everyone.
