Apparently its decent, but my first choice would be a sherline, Id go up to 250-300 for a sed version but I havent seen an for that

$159.40 for a lathe kit is extremely reasonable, once you accept the tiny dimensions and consequent limitations of such a device.

The 159 does not include some key parts, and none include a tailstock. Would it be easy to manufactor one.
