Well all I got was some profit, now I can get all the bits I need for a Birkeland-Eyde reactor. See DYI, I said I would.

And finish off a hybrid, and get a big arse syringe.

Anytime.

There's a good reason I move the head instead of the table. More likely then not if your drilling multiple holes in the same job, it's got some size and weight to it. While the job is secured to the table, the table is adjusted to a certain height 1/3rd to 1/2 way up the pole. If you loosen the clamp holding the table it's gonna drop and you have to reset the height every time you move it.

That's why I move the head, less reset time, faster perduction.

Oh that makes sense, the head is more stable than the table. I want a milling attachment 8) But I wouldn't want to ruin the drill press cause it's not made for that... But a lot of people do it.

CB radios have a limited effective range - highly dependent on terrain, but usually "around 5 miles" is what you'll get.

If you had a high powered Ham setup, that would be different lol

Take a ride on the interstate with it. At the very least you'll get to raise some Vietnamese and Hondurans.

In other news, Merry Christmas. Rather uneventful, other than me, my brother and sister unintentionally all giving my father large amounts of alcohol as gifts. :p

Jsefcik, it may be no one wants to talk unless its important. Never know. Truckers around here usually pass by in silence, only time we hear cb's are when there are accidents and when they need to release some stress... And if you really want to know what that sounds like, pm me and I will send you a link...

I've seen people chuck up milling cutters in their drill presses. As long as you don't bite of more material then the bit can cut you wont burn out the spindle bearings. Slow and steady wins that race. Same way with drilling.
