I do like the since of pripe when ive finnally finished some thing one time I even stared at one of my cannons for an hour because I was so proud of it.I have to admit I like to build more then to shoot, anyone else feel the same way?

Mr.C: That's not as easy as you think. It's like me kicking you in the balls and telling you to stop crying.

i still take time to walk outside/workshop to look at larda and use the hour needed to drag it out and shoot five shots and use a half hour to drag it inside again if i really want.

Sometimes, although it does depend on how much work the building is being, unlike some people, I don't have the luck to own a compressor (yet), so shooting is quite a lot of work. Pumping a 40 cubic inch chamber up to 300+ psi more than a few times quickly becomes tiring.MrCrowley wrote:I have to admit I like to build more then to shoot, anyone else feel the same way?
But I have to say, my favourite part is design, just sitting and thinking my way around a problem.
For example, my next launcher, when it's finished, is going to be a melange (and that's not the "Spice" from Dune. If you thought it was, you may have a nerd point) of such things. Although the basic design is HEAL on steroids, there are going to be a load of other features.
An auto loader based on a mix between the Webley-Fosbery revolver and a jackhammer, a full auto system which has been inspired by JSR's tinkering (although I'm using it as a pilot valve, not a main valve), and an air stripper designed to create some very special effects....
As another example, my auto hybrid design was very enjoyable to work on.
Does that thing kinda look like a big cat to you?
