Lol, that would've been funny to watch. But I don't see how thats possible without weakening the book in some way.

I did it in one sitting without letting go of the book once, only wiggling my fingers occasionally. The phone book was new and not weakened in any way.

Theres a trick. A you tube videoaswell. its easy as. Nothing to it really.

I haven't ripped a phone book in half, but I have ripped a Cabelas magazine in half before, I learned how on www.instructables.com

I can rip one down the spine. It isn't hard, you just have to have huge hands to apply the pressure in the right spot.

Have you seen the world record telephone book tearer? He is one butch freak! Maybe I should show everyone at school my tearing abilities after learning the technique and gain a new respect....
