Valve Dilema

Where would be a good place to get a Rainbird sprinkler valve? I've checked pretty much every hardware store near here (here being Pittsburgh, PA), and I cant find one anywhere. I REALLY don't feel like ordering one online, so any help is very appreciated. BTW, this is my first post on this forum, so....HELLO!

Well, since you've checked the hardware stores already, try an irrigation supply store.

I've seen them at Menards (if you have that store in PA) thats where I got my watermaster and I saw a few rainbirds but didn't look at sizes or anything.

Well, really, all I need is some sort of sprinkler valve. But everywhere I go, no one knows what I'm talking about.

i have that exact same problem. I just order them online, but since you don't want to do that for whatever reason just look in the phonebook and call some irrigation and hardware stores and ask them.

i would almost bet you haven't been to all of the Lowes stores. i know the monroeville one had a large selection last time i was there visiting friends

Lowes and Home Depot always have them in stock. I recommend an Orbits jar lid type sprinkler valve
