I went to Home-Depot and bought some 3/4" CPVC and parts for a new chamber and a way to adapt the CPVC to my 1" out on my sprinkler valve....
This is what I got....

This is a close up of the valve, which I sealed the solenoid hole after the first shots...

I used JB Weld to close the hole, I roughened the surfaces first and put it on good, should it hold fine? I've shot it about 30 times after I JB welded it and it's work, but what about the long run?
This is Extremely accurate and it shoots over 300 fps at 90 psi with a chamber volume equal to Pi....
When I fill it up at first for about a second the valve doesn't seal, I thought it was a problem with the valve so I lubed it with Dow 33 (thickened Lithium Soap used in some of my high-end paintball guns) and it still did it, so I moves the valve to my big pneumatic and it didn't do this, whats the problem with the chamber fillings so fast it can't equalize or something?
This thing does some BIG damage even at something not too much over 300 fps, but I don't know why, my paintball guns shoot about 300 and they don't do anything this strong...
I shot it 5 times with the same psi and the grouping was extremely small, this thing is accurate....
Mini Paintball Gun
This is actually very nice. I would have used a bigger chamber, though.
Suggestions:
- attach a good bike pump (or CO2 cartridge w/ regulator) under the barrel to recharge it on-the-fly
- breech loading w/ or w/o mag
- scope and/or illumination
- and finally, a nice paint job.

I work at a paintball field so I just adapted my big guns valve into this little gun to show it off. With $10 I went to Home-Depot and bought 10 ft of 3/4" CPVC, 10 ft of 3/4" PVC (10 ft to cut a 2" nipple from ), and the fittings.....
I could have made the chamber bigger, but I wanted a gun that shoots 280 fps at 80 psi, so if I shoot people with it at even 100 psi it won't hurt them more than a regular paintball gun....
I just used GGDT to see what chamber size would shot about 300 fps with a 100psi charge and this is what I got... The chambers has 3.1415... cubic inches... it's equal to Pi.... The barrel is 16" of 3/4" CPVC
