Paintball Sniper, Sleek and Powerful
Today i went down ace and scouted out potential barrels. I found an almost perfect match, 1/2" SDR 13.5 PVC. It is thin walled but it is NSF-PW and rated at 315 psi. Although schedule 80 3/4" would have been better I believe it will still be safe. I made a true bolt system using the 1/2" pvc and 1/2" CPVC. At 60 psi GGDT predicts a paintball going 500 fps, which is fast enough for me, and a safe operating pressure IMO. However, I may wrap the barrel in duct tape or electrical tape to prevent any nicks that could weaken the PVC.
nice, sleek design. your breech loader is neat. What do you pressurize it to?

ok, thanks. i got it. and i'm almost finished with my rifle. i actually built a similar version of the rifle that KDawg posted. the only difference is that i added a handle for the blowgun valve. it was a b!+€# to put together. lol!
