So while browsing around I found this:

It is basically an air duster can, but its rechargable and uses air instead of co2, it claims to have 200mph air speed, and 16 minutes of blow time per charge. It appears that it has an electronic compressor inside that probably fills an air chamber. I was wondering if this thing could hit high enough pressures to do anything useful

By the look and sound of it it's a battery powered high speed fan which is enclosed to produce an air jet.
Pressure will be trivial, it's only moving dust.
