Currently I'm using a blow gun similar to this going into the end of the barrel https://images.app.goo.gl/y2FtCMweh9LHSmon6
with a dual threaded thing on the left side and an air hose plug thing on the right. Is there a more effective valve to use to get more power?
I would also appreciate any other tips for guns using a compressor as the source.
Gun with air source straight from compressor. Help?

Everything I make uses a compressor as air source I always have an on board air chamber (except the vortex ) and feed that from the compressor with a 4mm airline that is very light. I try and make the chamber at least 4x the barrel volume (math needed ) A QEV valve is probably the easiest to get more power with if going with a single shot, but I get good results with air pilot valves as well. Depends on the barrel size, bigger bore will need a bigger valve, I prefer airsoft and 0.177, although I just made a 40mm
This is a pretty simple layout for compressed air. You will need a QEV and 3/2 valve (with 3 ports, some only have 2) trigger valve.
