Help ! how do I make a rail mount...
For those of you who have a drill press/mini mill, as long as you have an XY table, use a dove tail cutter to cut the rail for a (you guessed it) dove tail mount or rail.

. Pieces are .650" high and cuts up into a picatinny rail very nicely. The auction is for the blank extrusion with no cross cuts and no holes. If you need more, you can purchase multiple lots. All lots are packed up to 10 lbs and are not sorted in any way. We simply grap hand fulls and load them into a box until we reach 10 lbs for shipping. We cannot guaruntee any sizes or quantities but as shown in the picture, that will be an average of what you will get. We have sold over 15,000 mounts using our various Pistol and rifle extrusion. The material is 6061 heat treated to condition T6511 (max hardness). This is what we use for all of our rifle and shotgun mounts!
