Hi, I'm building a pneumatic copper cannon and i want to know where i can buy a threaded schrader valve and what is the pressure rating on type M copper tubing ?

try McMaster for the valve, I've also heard some Walmarts have them with the auto parts, but I've never seen them in stores. what i do is i epoxy the schraeder from a bike inner tube into a brass 1/8 x 1/4 bushing and use that. and sorry, i dont know much about copper.

Do what meatballs did. Strip the rubber of a used shrader and epoxy it into brass bushing. With that setup and the copper you could hold probaly around 300-450 psi. But qev's can't hold that pressure you will have to use a brass ball valve or build a piston valve in a tee.
