What size are you looking for? I have a 6 gallon tank sitting in my garage that I would love to get rid of.

I have a 20gal with the actual compressor removed. Look around for something used, I guess. I got mine used.

Can you refill them with a bike pump?

Yeah the ones you get at an autoshop like the one MrCrowley posted can be filled with a bike pump but it going to take a hella long time.

I have an air tank exactly like that one and it already comes with a schrader for filling, and it has a valve so you can turn the output on and off as you like. I just connect it to a compressor used to fill car tires most of the time, and it works perfectly. I also got a $20 regulator from lowes which works perfectly and helps to conserve as much air as possible. If you want, tomorrow I can probably post a picture of my set up for you.
