- These are not true plans per say but it should give enough ideas that people can make their own version with whatever mods that make them happy. My gun is made with a 1" barrel, and 1" pipe and couplings from the barrel all the way down to the chamber. The couplings used are (from barrel back) (1&2) 1" male adapter, (3&4) 1" 90 degree elbow, (5) 1" tee with plug and Schrader valve, (6&7) 1" 45 degree elbow, ( 8 ) coupler and a 2"-1" reducer, (9) 2" cap. Assembly from parts 3-7 was done first to assure that everything was lined up.
Just lay the assembly fit on it's side immediately after glueing each part before it's dry and make sure all parts lay against the surface. Once that is completed screw part 2 into the valve with Teflon tape until you are sure it won't leak, the glue part 2 to the pipe in part 3. This will allow alignment of the valve with the rest of the gun. The rest of the assembly is pretty straightforward for the most part. I didn't do any major calculations on the chamber to barrel ratio (C:B) so I didn't post those dimensions.
Notes: Dry assemble parts 3-7 and adjust pipe legend until it fits nice with 3 and 4 against your shoulder with 6-7 forming a pistol grip in that same hand. The chamber is the forearm grip. The blow gun is strapped to 6-7 in desired location to form the trigger. Also, 1" couplers with the internal shoulder ground down can be used between 6-7 and 3-4 to give more comfort. - pic145.jpg (10.71 KiB) Viewed 5323 times

Those bends will slow down the flow of air. If you were to use like 2in PVC for the bends, and then adapt it to 1 just before it went into the sprinkler valve it should speed it up. Of course, the chamber would have to be reduced in volume a little to make it have the same C:B ratio using the same barrels.
