So i think this will be my last cannon i build before i buy a house because i just don't have room for anything bigger.

I have only done test fires inside because of the cold here in Colorado. so i cant really go over 50 psi with out making my ears ring. so i don't really know its true power!

In a few weeks when it gets hot out ill take it outside and blow some s*** up ( i have a old desk and TV waiting for it)

Tell me what you think!

specs:
-4''x2' chamber
-2.5''x4' barrel
-the piston is a pill bottle filled with
a lot of epoxy and a nurf ball as a bumper
-Piston valve is a 3'' tee with a 2.5''port
-pilot is a 1.5'' Pulse Valve and a 1/4''
ball valve to trigger it

Very good job with the piston valve
Very good construction you make the pvc look good
Once it warmer Id be keen for a video of this animal destroying something.

Very nice and this is another way for me to get more needed info.

I am building a large scale launcher myself as well, 3 inch barrel, 4 inch piston.

Now what is your bumper made of?

How did you hook up your pulse pilot valve? I see that you used a 1.5 inch threaded coupling of some sort to connect the pulse valve with the plug. Is there a hole drilled into the plug?

I cant think of any more questions but when i do i will post here.

Thanks in advance

1) My bumper is just a 4'' round nurf ball i cut up, and put a hole in it

2) i hooked up my pulse valve with a 1.5''x2'' long nipple hooked to a 1.5npt x 2''npt bushing hooked to my plug which is just a 2''npt x 3''npt bushing that i did so mod work on

elitesniper:: i have no clue on the distance because i cant go outside and i dont have GGDT....if some one can run in GGDT that would tell you and me the answer

WOW, very nice, your gonna get a TON of power with that thing, what pressures could your compressor take it too?

Congratulations on the gun mate! Awesome job, trust me, I wish I had a gun like that.

You did a great job putting it together, not messy at all.

Do you pilot the valve with the same ball valve that you use to fill? Still figuring this stuff out.

We want a video when it warms up in Colorado! LOL

Wow very nice man, i've still got a 3" piston cannon that's unfinished in my garage and this has given me a few ideas.

You always make great looking and performing cannons, and this is no exception :)

This gun is beautiful in every aspect a spud gun can be beautiful in :P

I like how clean your tee looks and the barrel support looks great... The rubber definitely makes it look fancy 8)

Do you use clear primer?

I wish you would have messed something up, so I could say some stupid joke, like asking you if you took all those pills while you were building it...
