What to do with a Piston Valve

Hey everybody
After 3 epic failures to build a barrel sealing valve I have ordered the Mauler valve with a 2 inch port. I am waiting on it to arrive and in the meantime would like to run my first idea by you guys. I haven't been able to use GGDT on it because I don't some of the valve details.
The drawing is from Tablet Pc so I hope you guys can read my horrible handwriting.

Never seen a duel chamber set up like this, very interesting. Post it up with pics when you build it.

Thats somewhat interesting, but it would not be very ergonomic but it can be built, so if you decide to i then let us see what you make

The chambers are stacked in an attempt to save length and keep the thing easier to manage. One thing I forgot to draw in was a vertical brace between all the chambers that could serve as a grip.
and no, the drawing is not to scale, it is something I quickly threw together.

Now I see, I was joking about the scale thing.
Your chamber will be about twice the volume than the barrel.
It should give a cool blast or you could add a ball valve and shoot it twice. 8)

I dont think that will work because it has to fill behind the piston if i am correct?

why not have just one big chamber stacked underneath the barrel, this would cause less air have to travel around more corners. that is the reason why inlines and stufflike that are so powerful is because the air doesn't have to travel around the corner which slow it down.

@FordGtman I dont think it would make a difference where it's filled from, pressure is pressure.
Not sure how the pressure would equalize though(if there was a BV seperating the two tanks and the top one emptied then you open the bottom one for example, the pressure would drop a little due to the extra tank).
But you could get two shots.
But it would be a lot of extra weight.

I think it has too fill from the pilot area because the piston has too move forward again. I dont think a piston will reseal after you just shot it, while even the pilot wont even be pressurized, therefore it couldn't shoot. Someone please clarify

If you use a spring behind the piston you can fill from the chamber.

I say you just have the single chamber though.

Where do you order a mauler valve?
I looked it up but it's a pain trying to read through everything to see where it's ordered from.
Looks like maybe tmacd995 is building this thing out of parts he's already got.
The big chamber will be good. It's funny when you look at something and get some new idea sometimes.

I think the Mauler is in a 2.5" tee, forgive me if I'm wrong.

Why don't you make a bigger chamber? But just one, instead of two small ones. Like evreyone said your design will be very unergonomic. I'd recommend a 3' or 4' 3" chamber.
It'll be far more compact, easier to fire, ergonomic and aesthetically better.

@ MrCrowley I looked it up looks like it reads :
Housed in a 2.5 inch T with 2"inch ports for chamber and barrel and a 1" pilot port.
Looks like it has a 1" pilot port so that the diaphram valve can be threaded in for triggering.
But a blow nozzle to a 1" end cap would be my choice.
