If you would like to build one. I can give you a great starting plan.
RESEARCH.
And believe me. That will be the most useful answer your going to get.

I'msure there are a few ideas floating around the site, but the topics ae probably buried so you'll have to do some searching or wait for members who have some ideas or theories about building a semi-automatic golfball gun.

Try this. It doesn't require much machining at all, and I have more data on the theoretical design if you want it, as well as the perfect spring for it on McMaster-Carr. The electronics are also very simple. It's a few switches with a resistor for the LED's. I saw some perfect ones at Fry's that would look great on the control system, like actual control panel LEDs. I don't have the time to build it right now, but if you want to try and prototype the valve/electronics/bolt assembly be my guest, I'd love to see a prototype.
Completed projects:
CA1 SMSS Basic Inline
CA3 PDAB Airburst Cannon
Current Project: Bolt action rifle (25x140mm + 1in shot)

Wow. That post sets a new sort of record for "Clueless people who obviously have not done ANY reading and just want to be spoon fed."jimschouster wrote:Hi

try this http://www.spudfiles.com/forums/i-has-s ... 16872.html
you would need a piston valve, air cylinder and a 3 way (or 5 way) valve..
