Starting a post for my 40mm lancher, planned ammo is foam balls (practice golf balls) Got a few parts assembled, waiting for a 1/2" QEV off Ebay.
PVC pressed in with a bit of epoxy as well and a M4 screw as a stop.
Just going for straight layout to prove it worksPVC pressed in with a bit of epoxy as well and a M4 screw as a stop.

I hadn't planned on a stock as I'm thinking it will sort of be fired from the hip
Pressure will just be from my compressor 150ish, I've got to build that as well

A new layout that will allow for a stock dropped the second chamber. Need the QEV to get final measurements.

Nicely done! You should scope out your local airsoft players, they would probably pay good money for a similar device...

First fitting of the stock, it is actually the MkI Wii light gun stock that I kept just in case, fits perfectly, just need to reshape the top aluminium brackets.

This is looking pretty nice. Looks like a fun little launcher. I really love the break barrel design and locking mechanism, plus it seals which is not always easy to do. Foam golf balls are a good idea as well if using around the house like you have shown. Good stuff. Looking forward to some slightly higher pressure testing perhaps...

Stock fitted, going to make some side plates to cover the QEV.
Dry fire at 150psi, a good puff of vapor? fired a dimpled foam golf ball, went over the house, probably 200 feet.
