This is my newest pneumatic. Finally I have a piston valve to call my own. This is the valve that I have been working on that is very easy to make. Anyone who has ever glued PVC together can make this valve. It looks a little odd, but I wasn't trying to make it look good. All I wanted was a valve that performs great and is easy to build. By these standards, this valve is perfect.

I have actually built a fully working Supah valve replicah, it works with the same principal as this one (I think), plus it is as powerful as joel's or maybe it's even more!!!!! mwahahahahha !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 8)

the one he has here is a adaptatin of a hybrid valve design slightly modified to use pneumatic power and the blowgun instead of the blowout valve. the plans are somewhere one this site.

it'd probably cost more to build one till you got it just right, plus you know joel does this for a living and tests them before he sells them

Nice piston valve - I built one just like it. And yes, it was powerful. The piston inside it was too massive though. The valve stops weren't enough. Unfortunately it exploded on me and pieces of it went everywhere - even over top of my 2 story house. I survived with miraculously only a cut to the cheek. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WITH THIS DESIGN!

Now I own one a Supah Valve and would say there's nothing compared to it...unless you take a look at the 4" Supah Joel hasn't released yet.
