thanks a lot all!

@ starman
we will see if i get the half mile. i will always build it bigger and stronger.
but i also think that the power is to much fpr potatoes, so i build a mold!
i can make my own projectiles in 2 differnt lenghts.
i will take a pic soon of it. :)

you also alsked about the ignition. i use sel fmade spugplugs and a modified electric shocker. but i think i will convert it back to fie with ignition wires.
beacouse the gun is really heavy (about 40 kg ) and it takes time enough to arm it in the field.

@ bippyro
at the time it take very long between the shots, the poblem is to get fresch air in the cannon. there are no big openings excapt the barrel for the air.
just a hole with a big nut in the back. but i build a manual pump at the time, it works but take a while. but i´m planing some electrical pump.

Lookin' good!

You could encase the spud in something to prevent it from vaporizing. Sure, it won't be a true spud shot, but you did deliver a spud half a mile up ahead.
Till the day I'm dieing, I'll keep them spuddies flying, 'cause I can!
