Rc servos would be your best option IMO. I have a rig in mind but I can't illistrate it at the moment. I'm sure that with a bit of mechanical enginouity, you can figure it out yourself before I have time to crank out a microsoft paint diagram

yeah go for a solenoid valve - using an rc servo would be ridiculous

Don't gas canisters leak a bit when depressed by desighn? Even if the plastic tip is sealed.... I probably just have a slightly defective one 'twas the reason I suggested a couple of rc servo's. Sorry if I caused any mishap andurilmike. Solenoids all the way if you can.

Pneumaticcannons makes a good point. I would be worried that these refill canister's valves are not designed to be opened continuously. Some testing would be in order to insure they don't leak. Ir they don't leak then a solenoid valve would be a good approach.
If they do leak you might consider an intermediate storage tank. The tank could be metal (or perhaps PVC, especially if the fuel is butane). You fill the intermediate tank with the canister inverted so you are transferring liquid. Fuel is taken from the intermediate tank via an electrically controlled valve.

Translating good I not understand everything but I think I understand you most want me using valve selenoid but the problem is that I see that it is a screw while I was looking for a press pipe which releases gas from the gas cartridge universal.

Instead of using the lighter refill type butane cannisters, why not get something like this?
