Good, solid cannon with a nice paint job.

If you do upgrade to propane, I'd suggest you get rid of the bell reducer.

You should tape the igniter to the chamber like i did with mine. Do you get a good seal with your threaded plug?

Haha, I like how you made a completely different topic just to move it.
You really should have waited for a moderator to move it though

EDIT: DAMN beaten AGAIN lmao

Yea good job there is only one problem I see, is that you tapped the screws through the pipe and not a fitting. I don't think it will be a problem though unless you upgrade to propane.

He is saying that because propane will produce much more pressure than a standard spray and pray.

Any and every hole you put in your cannon is a potential weak spot. Wityh propane, you would be better off to put the screws through a fitting. This way its less likely to fail.

It most likely wont fail, but its better to be safe.

That's not a good attitude to have. Holes in the chamber wall reduce it's strength by a factor of 3 (and thus slashes any rating it has by 2/3rds) - threaded and screw holes are worse again.

It really is best to put any holes through a thicker and stronger part of the wall to reduce the risk - and to avoid getting into the bad habits for when you're building a higher pressure cannon.

EDIT: OOOPS!!!

Sorry, 4 identical posts must be a new record. I'm using a dodgy wireless connection, and it kept telling me the page couldn't be loaded, so I kept resubmitting until I finally got through (who doesn't?). I'll trim them out if the connection holds for a minute or two (unlikely, it was hard just to supply this edit. :()

I will be pounding the wireless router into the ground later.

2nd edit: Posts trimmed, wireless router whimpering in corner.
