Building first combustion need advice

I want to make a cannon but not just a cannon a breach load cannon i want to open the back with the threaded cap and put in the potato from there can anyone help me?

Ok now you've crossed the line from just honest questions into the realm of handholding type coddling. I gave you the benifit of the doubt with your first post, but now I'm going to agree with mavrick.

WTF, like nobody did a breech-loaded spud cOmbustion on SpudFiles????It really isnt to hard. Just do it like they do on Burnt Latke...
@colty-bear, I don't have a lot of time on-line right now, But a sleeve over the barrel would be easier to load than loading through your chamber...I suggest searching in the cOmbustion showcase a while then get an idea.

We don't have to lock something up just because it's been built or talked about before. Topics get buried and only the people who saw the topic before has a good chance of finding it. Colty, take a look here at one of Joel's launchers. It's what's known as a coaxial combustion, meaning the barrel runs through the chamber.
Sure, it's a cool concept, but in all practicality, it's gonna suck getting that spud in there while trying to not tear up your knuckles. There's a reason why most people don't make them. Now if you planned to use golf balls or something, that would be a lot better...

Yeah, if IRC co-axial combustions have very diminished performance.
(Just from research on SF's)
So, what would be the benefit of that?
If you are dying to load through the endcap, it would certainly work better to make the barrel slide rearward (to load co-axial), and back into normal combustion position after loading, By using a barrel sleeve or similar(?):roll:

EDIT: Besides that all the left over spud crap will get into the chamber if you load that way....
(Just from research on SF's)
