Lol I didn't understand your diagram, but even through that it won't work, first the "butane in "port won't allow any butane in,probably you draw the one way valve in the wrong direction. The rest of o-rings I don't understand any of them, I don't see how the reload mechanism work either.
ok i am try to describe (ah i missed one green disk in my diagram i edit that)
before you do the first shoot you have to cock the green part (to the left side)
ok
step 1
-the green disk number 1 (right to left) displace the air in the chamber through the gap between the barrel (also green) and the second grey disk
the holes in the first grey disk allow air come in and out so the green part doesn't suck adhere)
-load new ammo
-the thin piston reach the valve and let the butane behind the second small o-ring and stay because the hole (you ask) at atmospheric pressure
-the first small o-ring is to doesn't allow butane reach the chamber
-the big (left) spring is compressed
step 2
-the compressed spring push the green part back
-the chamber fills up with fresh air through the gap
-the small piston push metered butane in the chamber
(now i also added a little thing to the diagram)
step 3
-fire the spark
-the bb/ammo goes forward and left the small holes in the barrle
-the combustion gasses reaches the second and third chamber alias cylinder and pushes the complete green part against the sping and the cycle can begin new

LOL good luck with it
You need a lath and mill at least to make all these parts, probably you will need a CNC.
Why not just use air? I know some combustion paintball guns, but airsoft? with a small chamber, high pressure air it´s better than combustion, unless you make it hybrid (witch it´s even more work).

a wood lathe won't cut it. You need a metal lathe for precision machining.
About the design... it seems way too complicated. No offense intended. As wyz said(and as gun freak is going to say ) go pneumatic!

Full auto combustions are ridiculous. Do you have any idea how easy a full auto pneumatic is?

how about pre-loaded combustion or hybrid cartridges and then belt feed them, but still go pneumatic
Where's my Chuck key?
