I always see large HOSE CLAMPS holding propane tanks to 4 inch chambers. I have looked everywhere and can't seem to find any large ones any help would be great.

Hardware stores carry them in assorted sizes.
I have a kit so I can make my own from only a couple of inches to close to 3 meters.

Believe it or not home-cheapo actually stocks them, or at least they do around here…

I have no idea, I found it in my garage. its essentially a 3 meter length of hose clamp material with a load full of fitting thiongs to go on it. I might take a pic.

There generally used to secure large tubing in the instance of a dryer vent, dust collection system, etcetera. The stores Ive purchased large diameter hose clamps from generally have the next to the smaller ones as well, although as they are separated in there purpose, they may also be separated at the particular store you looking at. Possibly ask a associate as to where you would find a large diameter hose clamp for securing a dryer vent tube. Although this is not your intended purpose, I find it a lot easier to bypass the whole spudgun subject. While Ive had people get ecstatic at the mention of building a spudgun, and help me out more so then a 'reg' customer, I have just as many telling me not to make it because its deadly, there 'illegal', and "that sounds dangerous'.

Good luck. [BTW I suggest that you tote a 4" fitting over with you inconspicuously with you so that you can test 'size' the hose clamps. Also try and purchase a hose clamp with a long stroke, the little notches in the band of metal.

Thanks for the information. When I shop for fittings they ask what are u using it for. I just tell them its for a filtering system thats why i need pressure rated fittings. Thanks again.

i believe these are more reliable and can be made to size they are called t-bolt hose clamps they just tend to be a bit stiffer to manipulate the shape.
