Well it owns, man aren't guns you machine yourself the best. And isn't machine used as a verb the best word ever. Lol, great job dude.
The Doors are awesome, Led Zeppelin is amazing, and Motley Crue kicks @$$.

Thanks for the compliments . I make steel guns because I have the materials and equipment. The same thing can be done with PVC. Some of the designs are carry overs from what I learned on here. You can learn from anyone if you watch and listen.
My first PVC gun was nothing to brag about so don,t ever sell yourself short just because you do not have the tools or money. I have seen some really nice guns on here, especially considering the limited funds and equipment the maker had. The fun of creating something yourself is what really matters so everyone keep up the good work.
Remember any effort no matter how small is worth making.

Hi. all. I have been a little lax here lately about posting. I do have a lot of pictures to take and diagrams to post yet. It is getting cold up here in the northeast so I have slowed down some. I am working on a new full auto propane gun which is taking a bit of time to develop.
I have some nice rockets that have a glow stick in them for night shooting. I will post them first. The last one I shot went about 300 yards and than leveled off and kept going. We never did find it. It caught a wind current and went to Bagdad I guess.

That is some nice crafting done there, love the rigged up scope, looks nuts! Yes we do tend to love damage pics !!! I cant wait to see another amazing creation of yours, how long did it take you to construct that?? must of been a few weeks/months, depending on how long u worked on it at a time. Just truly amazing!

Thanks for the compliant Thursto. The gun took about a week. I had all the material on hand so it went quickly. Finding parts and materials usually takes longer than the fabrication. The only thing I shot was 1/2" plywood at 40 feet. The spud went through. Not much to look at, just a round 1" hole. One thing I do for each shot is put in a 1" insulation board wad. The wad goes in first than the ammo. That way almost anything can be shot as the wad creates the barrel seal. I even put in a hand full of gravel, that was rather wild like a shotgun.
I have a lot of pictures to post, just not sure where to post them all.

don't say " frikin"!!!!!!!
well, you can say it, but not every other word, it becomes "a bit much"...
as for the gun.....
beautiful craftsmanship.
you should build a completely lathed aluminum piston valve. it is yet to have been done, and it looks as though you've got the skills.

sorry i had the immediate sudden uncontrolable urge to say frikin as many times as i could. But again this is a wonderful cannon cant wait for the damage pics

some questions though:..
*How long did it take you to make it?
and
*Can the platform swivel (rotate 360 degrees)?
