It may be mentioned somewhere in the vast expanses of this thread, but what are you using as a sealing face for the burst discs, and how well does it withstand repeated firings?

I put a flat seal, it does not burn ...
the bearing surface of the seal is a large piece of brass from a connection for the PER

Do you mean to say that the sealing face is brass? It must be quite finely machined then, and the disc would need a very smooth surface.

the surface is made of brass, I put on this surface rupture disc and a steel flat seal rubber made of 20x27mm on this disc.

Since I'm probably going to get started on the "long range" projectiles soon, can you confirm that the barrel inner diameter will be 33mm?
